O'Reilly Media have implemented ReadSpeaker Enterprise in their news sections, on O'Reilly Radar and all the O'Reilly blogs. You will see a listen-button on all the pages in the top right corner of the News pages.

Here O'Reilly use ReadSpeaker Enterprise with the seamless "Expanding Player" implementation that will expand the listen-button into a small area that holds the player and the download mp3 link.
Below you can see where the listen-button is located.
When the listen-button is clicked, the player will be dynamically inserted below the button.

On the http://radar.oreilly.com blog, listen-buttons are located on the top right of each blog post. When the user clicks the listen-button a new window containing the player is shown.
