SpeechMachine offers speech in 11 languages, for many of the languages there are both a male and a female voice. There are two different speech technologies that we can use, one more "robotic" but extreamly flexible and customizable when it comes to pitch, speed and dynamic, and one more "natural" that have a near human speech quality.
Price model
We offer this as a fully hosted service with a capacity or a consumption based model.
Capacity based subscription
The Capacity based subscription model is ideal when you do not know so much about how many text-to-speech calls that you will need to do, or the lenght of each text. You will get a dedicated capacity and the minimum capacity is real-time generation and one audio delivery channel. This means that if you send a text that result in 4 seconds of speech, it will be delivered back to you in 4 seconds. After 4 seconds the resource is free again to receive a new call. You can increase the number of real-time factors and the number of audio delivery channels to suite your need.
Consumption based subscription
With this subscription you need to make an estimate on how many hours of produced speech you need. Then you fill up your account pretty much like a pre-paid phone card. So, you pay for the number of speech-hours produced.
